You should be able to, yes. In the Advanced section of its configuration, on the Multi-SSID submenu, enable Multi-SSIDs, and enable VLANs. That's covered on page 29 of the manual available online. You may have received a more-comprehensive manual on the CD that comes with the APs, though.
cts/?pid=D WL-3200AP then choose the revision you have. Luckily, if you have them mounted using the flat mounts instead of the pipe-clamp mounts, the sticker is NOT on the bottom/back of them as the 'how do I' message box says there.
Also check for firmware updates, as it looks like there were issues resolved with intel wireless cards and VLAN tags, as well as being able to use different security types on different SSIDs.
You need to check what hardware revision you have of each AP. It's printed on a foil sticker (it will tell H/W and S/W revisions) on the side, behind the cover flange... it should also tell on the barcode sticker on the end of the boxes they came in, if you still have those available.
