How do I resolve security certificate problems?

Once before I successfully ordered parts for my Black & Decker trimmer/edger from the website.  I've tried it again several times, and now, when attempting to check out, I get a "Certificate Error: Navigation Blocked" message stating that "The security certificate presented by this webside was issued for a different website's address."  However, I went back to the very same websute,  How can I resolve this problem?

Did you look at the certificate to see if it was for something else or just expired? Usually allow you to continue anyway. What site is this from?

see negativelocity's audit, also it may be caused by incorrect url, for instance, cert was issued for host example.com, but you tried to have access via www.example.com

I would not pass credit card details to a site that has let it's certificate expire. Look for a phone number on your receipts from the previous purchase and give them a call, maybe you can order over the phone.

The order was processes over the phone and received more quickly than a previous order I made over the Internet before there was a certificate problem.
