We're currently experiencing bandwidth issues with our Motorola PTP58400 wireless ethernet bridge. This currently connects 2 sites that are roughtly 3 miles apart.
However, not only do we have a main link, we also have a backup link. The backup link kicks into action when the main link goes down. Due to the aforementioned bandwidth issues, I wondered if it would be possible to set up port trunking so I could utilise both the main and backup links at the same time (thus doubling the bandwidth)?
We currently have HP2626 switches (that support port trunking) at either end of the link. I've done a lot of research on this subject but I'm yet to find a definitive answer as to whether this is possible!
Could any of you experts let me know if it is indeed possible?
