I need your help....

I am using a P4 1.8 with Intel 845 chipset and the GA-8ID533 motherboard...The thing is that this motherboard only supports SDR-SDRAM and does not have any thermal sensors...(i think)
I am using this specific system with Windows XP and for business applications only (CAD,Office,etc).
The BIOS offers options about changing the FSB and so I did increase it from 400 (4x100) to 444 (4x111) while locking PCI/AGP to 33/67 (33/66 was not an option). That way the memory (Corsair SDR-SDRAM) frequency jumped to 149 MHz (from 133).After that i placed a 80cm system fan at the front of the case.
The system seems to be working fine, however I am not sure about the temperatures it reaches since it doesn't have any thermal sensors...
Do you think I should worry or not?Should I change everything to how it was?
Do you suggest that I should buy another motherboard that supports DDR memory?And if so will I need to re-install Windows?
Is there a way to get any temperature readings with that motherboard?
