PC to PC Keyboard Emulation through

Does anyone know of a way to send keyboard commands from one PC to another through a male to male USB cable?

What I'm trying to do is connect several PCs that don't have an OS installed to a KVM switch and have another PC send keyboard commands to them to automate specific task.
