a fuzzy screen after attaching HP 336045 B21 Server Console Switch/2x16 ports, how to fix it ?

We have HP 336045 B21 Server Console Switch/2x16 ports KVM console at our computer room hooked up to all our servers, The problem that we have seen recently is the screen display became pink color and some times turned to green, we tried different screen without any help, we tried to upgrade the firmware of the kvm but we have already the latest version 2.0.7 and on the also some fuzzy lines showing on the screen wondering if there is any way to fix this problem
