Ports on the 2900 are 10BaseT/100BaseTX.
Modes are: STAT=Off, UTL=Green, FDUP=Off and 100=Off (ie. 10Mbit/s). How do I configure the Port to 100Mbit/s?

Connecting CISCO Switches
I have used a Cat5 cross-over cable to connect a 1900 series and a 2900 series switch. Plugged one end of the cable to the BX port of the 1900 switch and the other end to the 1X port of the 2900 switch. Prior to connecting the two switches, I used the Electronic cable tester to test the Cat5 cable and it turned out to be working well. There is no LINK after connecting the two switches eventhough the cable was tested OK. What should I do to solve this problem?

Check the configuration of the ports. Are both ports configured with full duplex? Is the port on the 2900 set to 100 Mbit/s? (You can't set the speed on the B port on the 1900 to 10 Mbit/s).
