We have a HP LaserJet 2100 that is connected to the network through an Intel InBusiness Print Server. All 30 machines except 1 can print to it. This guy just told me he has never been able to connect to it. I tried connecting and the print server object shows up in the list, but when you try to expand that tree nothing comes up below the print server. We've restarded the server several times and the printer. This guy is also in the administrators group so it's not permissions. Anyone have any suggestions?? Thanks in advance.

I would install the printer locally on LPT3: then make a batch file that has this in it.
net use LPT3: \\servername\printername
Then put the batch file under his Startup folder in Windows and reboot the machine. Then try a Test Page from the Printer Properties.
