I find local used computer vendors usually have a pile of power adaptors that has always been useful in finding a decent replacement for my power adaptor needs. You can check HP but even if they do sell replacements you can probably buy a new one for what they will charge you. Also maybe a Radio Shack or similar store that sells adaptor with varying options for power. It has multiple size adaptors on it and you can change the voltage that is handy as well. VDC I believe stands for Volts Direct Current.
