HP printer struggling to pull paper from the tray
I have a user who is using an HP 2200dn laser printer. The printer struggles to pull the paper out of the tray and sometimes cannot at all. We have verified that the paper is not the issue. I am not a printer tech but would like to fix this issue. What is the likely cause and what can I do to fix the issue?
