HP 4650 tray 3 won't work

I have two HP 4650 Colour Laserjet printers. Both run latest firmware from HP site (June 07 i think). I have now got a third tray from HP. A proper tray 3 for this model. However it will nto work on one of the printers. Hard resets, cold boots, cleaned contacts etc etc. One answer is to physically swap the printers around but as they are on different floors I don't really fancy that. Any ideas?Start Free Trial
