I have a hp 2300l laserprinter and i am getting the following error on the printer control panel.
13.01.00 jam in tray2 and also tray 1. The printer doesn't try to pick up paper or pickup assy doesn't activate. I call hp and paid for one time support, and tech support say it was a bad dc controller board.
I would have to ship the printer back and paid more then what the printer is worth to have it repaired.
I found a dc cotroller board (hp did give me the part number) and replace it. Same error.
I am now waiting on a pick-up assy to arrive and see if that will fix issue.
Can anyone help, or has had the same error on their hp laserjet?
