I have a HP CM2320fxi MFP. It's a great machine with a document feeder. It copies double sided, but can it scan double sided? Google searches don't say 'no', but they do show that I'm not alone with this question. As others have said - it will copy double-sided using the ADF, so why the bloody hell won't it scan double-sided!?!?!

I had the same request from one of our customers about a week ago, and it's not possible to scan duplex even tho its possible to copy duplex (don't ask me why the ***** is that).
I tried with our device for about an hour and talked to hp support, they told me:"Yes, duplex scanning is not supported by this device even though it can do duplex copying.".
The option to scan duplex in the software is there, but it's greyed out. As the same software is used for several other devices too, it greys out the options which the currently attached device doesn't support...
