Browse All TopicsI've tried installing three different driver/software sets for an Officejet J4550 All-in-One, and each time the HP installation fails due to missing registry keys. The machine is running Windows XP.
Attached is a pic of the message that contains the registry keys that it's asking for.
How do I go about the install? Is there a way to create or recreate these keys? Can I bypass this somehow?
Thanks.
