can't open this item the text formatting is not available. this happen everytime i open my email from my inbox. i'm using outlook 2003

This problem generally happens when Outlook PST file is reaching towards 2GB file size limitation. So, you should delete some heavy email with attachments from your Inbox.

To delete emails you should go on offline mode by selecting Work Offline from file menu. After that delete heavy emails and then again go in Work online mode. Try this solution, I hope your problem will be resolved.
