i have Epson lq 300 printer. I need to print continous paper for billing purpose, how to make printer align ment according to billing print on the paper.

The application needs to know the size of the form used in the printer, i.e. the distance between the tear-offs. With Windows applications, you would usually set that in Page Setup (or something similar), but you could start by setting that as the default paper size (in printer Properties > Advanced tab > Printing Defaults). If you use a DOS application, only someone who knows that application can tell you how to do it.
