HP Laser Jet M1319f Scans multiple pages into seperate files

When I try to scan multiple pages using the ADF on a HP Laserjet M1319f, it scans them into seperate files.  I want them to scan into the same file.  There are other M1319f printers in the office that will scan multiple pages in one document.

What file format are you using?
jpeg for example, does not support multiple pages.

Multipage TIFF or Multipage PDF can, but you may have to specify it.

The problem was a result of an updated driver that didnt put multiple scanned pages into the same file.  I reloaded an older driver and this seem to work.  Also I found a utility on the disk that came with the printer that had the capability of copying settings for backup.  I was also able to correct the problem on certain PC's by using that utility to copy the settings from a PC that scans correctly.
