In fact, as you have 2 subnets, you almost certainly have a router - without it the PCs could not talk to each other either.
Assuming you use a network capable printer or network adapter, you will need to tell the printer/adapter what the router's address is (usually called the "gateway" in the printer's setup). The IP address of the printer needs to be suitable for the subet it is connected to.

You need a router. Then it's easy. You could also put a second network card in the print server and give it an ip in the other network. Then it can talk to both networks and printing can be done.
