lexmark z52 - lines in paper when printing

Hi when I print a paper theres like lines through the text, the lines are inkless...so the lines are caused by the printer not printing in that section. I replaced my ink and it still does it. Does my printer need cleaning or something like that?

One or more of the printhead's jets (the nozzles that squirt the ink onto the page) are clogged and you need to un-clog them. For instructions, go to:
