HP 1320n Printer Configuration

I have a HP 1320n printer with an IP address of 10.10.20.88.  I have NO IDEA how to set the IP address on this printer.  I found a little tiny button on the back that allows me to do a printer configuration page and it says that this IP was set MANUALLY.  No DHCP.

Question:

How do I set the IP address on this printer?  I should be able to open a web browser, I suppose, and put in http://10.10.20.88 and have it come up.  But it just ain't working.
