If it's still set at factory defaults, then the default username is "admin" and the default password is "1111". If it has been changed, I think you'll need a Xerox service tech to reset it from the service diagnostics.

Xerox WorkCentre M20i password reset
I need to re-configure the TCP/IP settings of a Xerox WorkCentre M20i. However I forgot the userid and password. Does anyone know the factory default userid/password (hopefully it is still set to the default) or how to reset the password?

Hi royrubio,
I have looked through the documentation for this device and it discusses setting and changing the password, as well as enabling the password as the unit defaults to no password. I expect that a dealer can unlock it if the password has been lost, but if so, I also expect that they will want to do it personally, so as not to release the dealer or factory password.
