I would like to know if i can  share a printer that is already shared on a local machine.

I would like to know if i can  share a printer on a second machine if is already shared on the local machine it is connected on.
This is one of those times where i have an old Dot matrix printer with a parallel interface.  The problem is i need to troubleshoot a users  formating problem within our app and i want to setup internet printing.  I have used internet printing with much sucess but in this case i don't have a parrallel card on the server and I need to get this printer shared out.   I thought i could simply load the shared printer and then re share it under the server print manager.
