We have the dell laser 1815dn printer sitting close to a couple of employees and they would like to be able to scan over the network from their desktop instead of manually doing it from the 1815dn printer machine menu to scan to the desktop, far to many steps. It would be a lot easier doing it from the desktop just a few clicks.
Dell advertised you can scan to network from your desktop, but when i tried nothing happened I later found out from other people the twain driver that came with the 1815dn does not support this feature and dell has no twain driver updates.
Anybody know any twain driver hacks we can use for the 1815dn or any other solution?
