I have a Ricoh Aficio 1045 and it is hooked up through the NIC card to our network. My problem is that I cannot scan from any computer the 1045 is installed on. I have tried the 5e, 6 and RPCS drivers and still cannot scan (I have tried DesktopBinder Lite and the MS Office Document Scanning utility). I have attached a picture of the error I am getting. Users can print to this 1045 without a problem. I have also installed the Type1045 TWAIN V3 drivers. I got my drivers from ricoh.com.
Any suggestions and sorry if I botched the point value - it's my 1st post.
