Catch-22, Unable to delete printer due to print spooler crashing

I am unable to delete a printer on Windows Vista due to the printer causing the print spooler to crash. Whenever I start the print spooler service, it immediately crashes.

This is due to an XP driver being used on Vista (and crashing), I have the Vista driver to update to, but I am unable to update the driver due to the same print spooler issue. How would I go about clearing this printer out  of the system, or just updating the driver without the print spooler service running?Start Free Trial
