Question
Cannot collect information (System information), and wrong system infos while installing Lexmark
Hi,
Im trying to install a Lexmark x6570 printer, and I get the following error message :
The computer does not meet the minimum requirements
Processor Speed: 4294967295 MHz (800 Mhz required MH)
I don't know if it could be related, but I'm also unable to see the System Information, I get the following error message "Can't collect information. Cannot access the Windows Management Instrumentation software. Windows Management files may be moved or missing."
