@souseran....here are the answers.
The label is 3 x 5. The printing is well aligned and correct font size. However it is printing only half of the label. For example, if I am printing 3 labels and each label supposed to have "TAJ MAHAL", "TAJ MAHAL", "TAJ MAHAL". It prints only "TAJ MA", "TAJ MA", "TAJ MA". It prints only part of the first label and goes to next second label. Then prints half of the label on the second one and goes to third and SO ON.
The printer Zebra LP2844 is on network and it is attached to the windows machine (create!form server) via TCP/IP?
OS is Windows Server 2003 with service pack 2.
I think it may be paper size. I also checked it. I set the page size in the create!form designer as 3 x 5. I also set the size of the label on the printer setting as 3 x 5.

When you say it is not printing the whole label, what do you mean? Is it only printing the left side, right side, top, bottom, every third character? Is it printing in a larger font than expected? Does the print appear to be truncated? Is the printer locally attached, or on a network? What is the OS on the machine to which it is connected?
