Hi , I'm not sure anyone here knows anything about Zebra Barcode printers but I been having trouble with one of our boards on one. While one of our 170xiII main board died so we bought another one and now it keeps on printing 5 lines down each label. Thinking it was the board again I returned that board and got a new one and when i put that in the printer I'm still getting that same issue with it printing 5 lines down each label. I even put that board in another printer and it still printed out 5 lines down each label. I've tried everything i could think of. Any Suggestions?
