I have a Lexmark Optra M412 printing three black lines across the page. I cleaned the rollers, and it doesn't appear it is the fuser as I removed the fuser cleaner thingy (that the technical term =D). It is the little plastic thing that pushes a bunch against the fuser as it rolls, to ensure it is clean. Anyway I check the fuser is clean. So what I'm left with is to blame the toner cartidge. The problem I have with that is I have to of the exact same printers and they both have three lines across the page. So if it is the toner, surely if I switch them the lines will get darker or lighter, as they were in the other printer, but it doesn't appear to happen. I could use some help. :(
