Can't Print to Network Printer (Brother 5250DL)

I can't print to my network printer (Brother 5250DN) anymore.  Ever since I unplugged my router I have been having problems with it constantly picking up a new IP address.  Up until now, I have been able to delete the printer and reinstall on the new port and it would work again.

Now it seems like it is sending to the printer, but it never completes the full size in the printer queue and doesn't print.  I tried a pdf and the size stuck on 415 KB/576 KB.  I tried a notepad document on another computer and it froze at 2.89 KB/3.03 KB.

I can usually login to the printer with the ip address in the browser.  But sometimes that doesn't even work.
