Asked by segmedica in Printers, Miscellaneous Hardware
Hello,
Recently, our Dell 5100CN printer has been printing all pages with a yellow 'tint' to them. I attempted to contact dell about the issue but unfortunetly our warrenty was not as long as our lease, and they were unable (unwilling?) to assist me with the issue. Right after this started the printer complained that it needed a new transfer roller, but even with that replaced the issue continues. Is this a problem with a specific part? Or is there a part that needs cleaning in some way? If i can prolong the life of this printer, it would cost a whole lot less than buying a new one right away.
