Question
White dots in print outs
When printing out anything, I get consistent 4 white dots on my pages. It looks like a hole puncher. I've attached a picture as shown. Is this something I can fix? Is it the toner cartridge or the printer.

I would guess it's either the toner cartridge or the transfer roller. Measure the distance between 2 of the dots and divide by pi (3.14); that will give you the diameter of the roller that's causing the problem.
Looking at the screenshot, the spacing is around 8 cm (3 inches), which makes the problem roller about 1" in diameter. This is probably the drum, which is part of the toner cartridge. The transfer roller (a black rubbery roller that faces the drum when it's in the printer) is probably not quite as thick as that. Pull the toner cartridge out, lift the flap that covers the drum and look at the drum. If necessary try to rotate it by twisting the gears (NOT the drum itself!) There may be some paper or other debris stuck on the drum. If there is, VERY gently remove it
