Printer margins on an HP Laserjet 5200 is different between a PCL and PS driver

I have a user that is using Bentley Microstation and we are testing printing 11 x 17 sheets on a Laserjet 5200.  The print properties within Microstation show that the PCL5e driver has a usable area of 16.6 x 10.667 while the PS driver has a usable area of 16.472 x 10.5.  Microstation is taking the usable area information from the drivers, so is there a way to get the PS to match up to the PCL5e's margins, or is this a driver limitation?

Thanks for the response.  Unfortunately, that didn't change anything within their Microstation view.  According to Microstation, it pulls the margin information from the driver, so I'm surprised that didn't work.  Any other suggestions?
If it pulls the info from the driver, it *has* to come from the PPD - that's the only place a PS driver looks for printer-specific details. The actual driver is usually PSCRIPT5.DLL and is shared by all PS printers.
