I keep getting this annoying popup message, my printer was working fine - now it wont print and keeps displaying this message.
I have tried resinstalling the printer, reinstalling SP2 and starting the print spooler service.
Running Windows XP and the printer is a Canon mx300.
Any Ideas???

Microsoft has released a Fix It document and file to resolve this issue. View the Microsoft KB document titled Fix printing problems by resetting the print spooler (Article ID: 2000007) . This will reset the print spooler back to default settings.

Delete the Printer from Printers & faxes
In printers & faxes | File | Server Properties | Drivers | Delete all printer drivers
download this utility and install it

Browse to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Resource Kit\Tools\ & run cleanspl.exe , restart the machine and re-install.
