how to convert monochrome bitmap to ZPL GRF format

Hi,
Does anyone know how to convert monochrome bitmap into ZPL GRF format. I have to embed the source code into my application.

Try Zebra's own Bar-One software.  As well as barcode conversion from .bmp it also converts .bmp's to ZPL GRF logos
