Browse All TopicsI am trying to install a Konica Minolta Fiery printer from a print server to a local laptop on the network running Windows XP SP3. The printer drivers will download and install, but when I try to go to adjust the printer properties, I get an error (see code below). I have searched on the Internet and have not found a solution. The printer is currently working on several other desktops and laptops added the same way.

To completely remove the driver, go to Printers & Faxes. First delete the printer. Then, from the File menu, click the Drivers tab and remove all instances of the printer from the list. Then reinstall, either from the CD or from a freshly downloaded driver.
Also, make sure the printer driver is installed by a user with admin priviliges.
