I was wondering if anyone could provide me a solution on how to remove Konica Minolta's EFI Job Monitor from my computers.
We are no longer using KM printers and the job monitor is annoying people at my office. Unfortunately there's no "Add/Remove Program" option for it - I've spoken to someone who said it required editing the registry.
Any help would be appreciated.

I was having the same issue. It gets installed with the printer driver. If you want to get rid of job monitor then just remove the printer driver.
Here is how in a windows XP system:
1. Delete the printer under "Printers and Faxes" (leave the "Printers and Faxes folder" open)
2. Restart the print spooler
a. Click Start --> Run --> type "services.msc" --> Enter
b. Find the "Print Spooler Service"
c. Click the Restart button at the top
3. Go back to the "Printers and Faxes" folder. Click File --> Server Properties
4. Click the "Drivers" tab at the top
5. Highlight the printer driver, click "Remove"
Done. You will have to remove the shortcut from the desktop still, but that will get rid of it.

Run MSCONFIG from Start > Run and see if it is the list of services or startup programs. If it is, untick it.
