Other times, images which should print full page will print only on top 1/2 page and are seen 'de-magnified'. In other words, the image is severly shrunken when printed. This problem is seen with our HP 2015DN and HP 2055 networked printers. The common denominator is that it always occurrs whtn printing an image filetype file, such as a TIFF or PDF. Other commonalities may be that it occurrs with HP '2000 series' laserjets - HP 2015 and 2050x. I am using latest PCL 5e for the 2015 and the latest PCL6 for the 2050x. What could be causing this?
NOTE: Users can successfully print these same files to other '4000' series laserjets, found in the organization, without any shrinking!
