Hello Experts,
Our HP Laserjet color 9500 printer/scanner keep getting an error message after we change the password login. Error below. Please help

I tried this, but no luck. Under the search STEPS, as soon as i click on run, i get this error message.

That filter appears to be missing a closing bracket that should be after the t*)
I think it should read
ldap_search_s(ld, " DC=domain,DC=com;", 2, "(&(objectClass=person)(di splayname= fontanilla ,t*))", attrList, 0, &msg)
If you can somehow change that, it should work. I don't use any 9500 printers, but hopefully you can change it on the printer config web page or the control panel.
