My OS is win 7 prof 64 bit and I have the above B&amp;W laser printer connected to a USB port. &nbsp;The drivers were again downloaded from the site and the printer reinstalled. &nbsp;<br />
However, whenever I print, I cannot seem to print a full page, it seems to print half a page in landscape mode. &nbsp;I have put No. 10 envelopes on the upper tray, which I guess must be tray 1 and the bottom tray holds the 8.5 x 11 normal plain white paper. &nbsp;<br />
is there any trouble shooting tools for this printer. &nbsp;The printer was in storage for some time and I just retrieved it. &nbsp;Thank u.
