Brother MFC-J6920DW Printer - Will not scale 11x17 documents when using RDP/redirection
We have a Brother MFC-J6920DW brand new printer that I am having trouble with. The client is able to print documents at this time.
The current environment is 5-6 networked PC's with local printer installs (using TCP/IP). They work heavily in a remote terminal services environment with printer redirection so they can print to the local printers in the office.
The issue is this:
When printing a drawing onto 11x17 using Tray 2 from the LOCAL machine; everything works perfectly. The data scales just fine.
However, when trying to print the exact same document from the terminal server; it prints the document on 11x17 paper, but prints it in 8.5x11 in the top left corner. See screenshots.
How do I make it fill up the entire 11x17 paper inside the terminal server?
