Windows 7 user does not get proper page breaks when printing to local or network printer

I have one user that started complaining that he can no longer print properly out of OUTLOOK. If he has a long email, it prints, but the pages do not break properly, almost as if he is trying to print on LEGAL paper but his local printer does not support it. I have checked all his printer settings and all the defaults appear to be intact with LETTER being the format. He sent me the same email and I can print it in my office on our printers with no issue. If he prints to a larger network printer, it actually prints on LEGAL paper despite the print properties being set for 8 1/2 x 11. I logged into his machine remotely and am able to print the same document to the same printer and everything breaks properly. It has to be something with his profile. It seems to happen on every printer he prints to. Does anyone have a suggestion other then deleting and redoing his profile? I have already tried removing all the printers and reinstalling the drivers
