Hello Experts - I'm stumped.<br />

Server running SBS 2011. &nbsp;Client workstation running Windows 7 64-bit.<br />

Trying to add a shared Xerox Color 560 printer returns error:<br />
Connect to Printer<br />
Windows cannot connect to the printer<br />
Operation failed with error 0x000003eb.<br />
<br />
Trying to add it with a direct IP returns error:<br />
Unable to install printer. Operation could not be completed (error 0x000003eb).<br />
<br />
There are other machines which have had no issues connecting. &nbsp;Server spooler and client spooler have been restarted.<br />
Client PC drivers have been deleted.<br />
We've tested with alternate drivers. <br />

Any thoughts?<br />

Windows cannot connect to the printer
Operation failed with error 0x000003eb.

Trying to add it with a direct IP returns error:

A printer is a peripheral which makes a persistent human readable representation of graphics or text on paper or similar physical media.
