Printer hookup

Hello,
I was not going to ask, then I thought; why not.  This is my problem (without looking deep into the solution).
At home I have two computers, one for my wife and the other for me.  On my wife's computer we do have the wireless printer connection, which I connected some time ago, but on my computer I lost the connection.
I have tried using the Device & Printer UI (Windows 7), but the printer is not found.  I have reset the wireless access, but that did not help.  I am now thinking that I have to go into the printer and re-enter the wireless IP address.
I do not want to do this, so I ask, is there a better solution?  The same printer is communicating with my wife's computer?
Thanks

nobus and hdhondt, please give me more time.  This is for my home computer and I currently have work issues that come first.  I will get to resolve this soon.  I'm like the Cobbler (my kids have no shoes!).

I apologize for the delay.  Thank you very much.
@chima

Thanks for the points. But, what did you do to fix the problem? All we did was to ask questions and make some suggestions based on assumptions.
