Hello,
My office has Outlook 2007 Pro running on XP and Vista machines. We have noticed that the print dialog window in Outlook overrides the selections made directly in the printer driver properties. By default, Outlook is choosing an A4 paper size and we would like it to be a Letter paper size. The print gets cut off if we do not manually change the paper size to Letter in the Outlook print dialog.
Does anyone know how to set Outlook so the printer driver is used instead of the Outlook print dialog?
We have updated office and Windows with the latest service packs/hotfixes. We have the most recent printer drivers (in this case we are printing to a Canon 3380).
The only way we have been able to get the prints to come out correctly is to manually change the default paper size in Outlook to Letter before printing. Users often forget and new employees do not know to do this.
Thanks for your help.
