PDF Document Print Failure

Asked by tuffpo in Peripherals, Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Hardware

Tags: pdf, failure

I am currently running MSXP(Home Edition) w/ sp2.  I recently replaced my HP2810 all-in-one printer with an HPC1780 all-in-one.  Everything works great except I can no longer print PDF format docs.  I've attempted to print with the Control Panel open to "Printers and Faxes" and I note that when the document goes into queue, it's there for only a moment and then vanishes from the queue.  I've gone on-line with HP to try some different drivers.  No luck there. I've re-installed the drivers from tyhe CD that came with the printer.  No dice.  I'm out of ideas.  Anyone have any thoughts on this?Start Free Trial
