The label printer has been working fine for years. Recently it stops printing on a PC. But it prints labels on another PC as usual. So the printer should be fine.
When adjusting the serial port transmision rate, the communication link between the printer and the PC is fine because the lights on the print blinks responsively.
What would be the cause?
Would the malfunction be caused by the disabling some of the Windows services?
On the PC in question, the following services are disabled:
