HP P3005DN Printer

I have 50 of these new printers and I'm getting many "Load Tray 1 Trnsparency Letter" errors on normal print outs.  Tried using PCL 6 and PCL 5e drivers on our windows server spoolers.  No change.  Any ideas what could be causing this on many users?  Also tried upgrading printer firmware to latest version.Start Free Trial
