Thanks jrtec,
I had already downloaded version 2.0.6.0. and yet was only installing off of the installation cd(2.0.0.0), so I tried again with the newest version, and it seems to be working on a test machine. I will be installing it on the server later today, and if that works, you get the points. You won't believe the amount of time that I wasted on this. Thanks for your help. Will post the results of the install on the server later today or tomorrow.

In order to go in to the scan router administration utility you have to login on the computer were the scanrouter is installed and login with the user acount that was used to install the scanrouter. Then open the administration utility and input the password if you have specified one or just press OK if you have not specified any password. ers/Page4. asp?Brand= ntec&Vw=& F ltr=0&Ky=5 79083059&U sr=&Cat=3& Mdl=203&Ut id=118
Is this what you are doing?
Or are you trying to open the administration utility from another computer or user account?
What is the scan router v2 lite that you are using?
The latest version is 2.0.6.0 and is the one you should be using.
If you need to download Scanrouter V2 lite, I think that ricoh does not have it for download anymore, but you can get it from one the other Ricoh brands at:
http://www.nrgcss.com/driv
(ScanRouter V2 lite is the same for the several Ricoh brands and models that use scanrouter)
Also if you specify a password for the scan router administration utility, don't use a very long password. I thing only the first 8 characters are accepted. Not completely sure.
