Need to change language interface for HP PC750 xi multifunction unit

Somehow a user put their HP Multifunction unit model pc750 xi into German instead of English.  I downloaded the manual and tried to figure out how many key presses would be required to get into the language area of the menu, but either the manual is a little off, or I am miscalculating in some way.

How do I get tihs back into English so we can figure out what the printer is saying to us?

Are you sure about that model number? I can find no reference on the hP site to the model number PC750 or pc50xi.

If you can get to factory default that may do it.

This was the number of clicks I tried to figure out using the manual and didn't work for me.

Then perhaps an NVRAM reset. I don't know that particular printer but on other HP it involves holding down certain keys while powering on. There are no menus to step through.

The correct answer to this (finally supplied by HP) is as follows:
1.  Hit menu button 4 times and press enter.
2).  Press Right Arrow key 4 times and press enter
3). When you see "English" select it.  Save it.
